feathers and footwear

I might equally have called this post Shoes and Songbirds or Lace-ups and Leaves. However I couldn’t find sufficient alliteration to hit the three new ingredients of shoes, wings (or rather a ‘new bit’ of wing) and and blackbirds (it’s late, I’m bone-weary and my brain isn’t working well) though I just know that visitors here will entertain me with alternatives that I missed. Go on, get creative. (-;

Miszek I’m absolutely overjoyed at this. Overjoyed with the hat, the surprise, the skill, the imagination. The feel of it, so chunky and solid and yet cosy. The fact that it is an artwork just as much as it is a hat. Overjoyed at everything! I love the fact that he is Janus, and has two faces to present to the world. When I wear him, one part of me will be coming and another going. I like that. Peter would say I have a dual-nature too, one that is nice and one not so nice. As it should be, the eternal fight between light and darkness. I will write more, much more to you, but it must wait until I’ve calmed down.
