Preliminary design for a shadow-puppet.
I wrote here on April 13th of a performance project I’m involved in the early stages of. In fact there are two projects, one of which, Project X, is longer term. But as I’ll be compiling a portfolio of visual ideas for the production over the coming months, I’ve decided to post about it from the earliest stages, though I am not as yet able to name it or tell you any details beyond these:
a) It’s a music project that involves a chamber orchestra and singers.
b) There will be puppets of various types.
c) I’m responsible at this stage for defining the look of it.
Sorry to be so mysterious. Be assured I’ll reveal all when the time is right. I do love a project and this one is extremely exciting. Right up my street. So bear with me and enjoy the ride.
