Over at The Cassandra Pages, Beth has been explaining the process of getting hand-produced review copies of Thaliad ready in advance of publication, so that she can send them to Publishers Weekly, Booklist and Library Journal. This is a massive task for a small outfit such as Phoenicia, and it’s a testament to Beth’s love of books generally… and her passion for Thaliad in particular… that such energy and imagination are being poured into the preparations so that Marly’s poem will stand the best chance of garnering attention and sales when the book becomes available. Beth is making a mighty fine job of this project.
