Will the final work – poem and drawings – be produced in book form? It would be wonderful to see it…
Something along those lines Lucy, though what kind of book I’m not quite sure at this stage. it might be a livre d’artiste printed in a very small edition, or perhaps made as a series of relief prints for an exhibition built around Callum’s poem, in which case the text would be hand cut into the blocks. Right now I’m enjoying the freedom of playing with ideas. Certainly I’m feeling my way toward some more paintings on the theme.
