A lion from Glimmerglass joins the menagerie on its cover. The artwork for the jacket is very nearly finished, and in the next week or so will be photographed ready for the publisher. Then the chapter-heading and tailpiece drawings must be completed, and my part on this project will be just about done. As is ever the case with Marly Youmans’ writing, this has been the greatest pleasure to work on. I barely have to think about how to proceed when Marly is captain of the ship. Her words always lead the way.
